Notes: TBD  This really represents a possible OOB a Russian player could use for the 1813 campaign.  These are the same Brigades / Regiments that fought in the 1812 campaign, that marched and fought through Poland and Germany in 1813, and all the way to France in 1814.  Certainly by the Fall of 1813 these units were heavily attritted, so the "1-2 Battalions" gives the flexibility to fight this OOB anywhere between 1812 and 1814.  For example: the battalions can be combined into one, fielded as two small units, or even two normal sized battalions.
